Overview
A financial services team needed customer records to stay on infrastructure they controlled. We built the CRM and the deployment pipeline that puts it there, with audit trails detailed enough to answer a compliance question without a developer in the room.
The approach
Self-hosting is usually where projects quietly fail, so we treated the pipeline as a first-class deliverable: reproducible builds, database migrations that roll back, and a runbook the client's own IT can follow.
