Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Permitted use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including through automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, denial-of-service activity, or the introduction of malicious code.
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the site’s content without written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, layout, design, source code, the Bhavesh Works name and the studio mark — is owned by Bhavesh Works or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our brand assets.
Project work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective clients. It is displayed with permission or as publicly available work, and is shown for the purpose of demonstrating our capabilities.
For client engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers on final payment unless the signed agreement states otherwise. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and generic components, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work.
Services and engagements
Nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Estimates, timelines and prices discussed in conversation or shown here are indicative until confirmed in a signed proposal or statement of work.
Every engagement is defined by a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is performed. Timelines assume timely feedback, access and content from your side; delays in those inputs move the schedule accordingly.
Fees and payment
- Projects typically begin with an advance, with the balance invoiced against agreed milestones.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless the agreement states otherwise.
- Overdue amounts may pause active work and may attract interest as permitted by law.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are charged where required.
Third-party services and links
The site links to external websites, including project case studies hosted at bhavvesh.in and profiles on third-party platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Projects we build may rely on third-party services such as hosting, databases, payment processors or APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
Warranties and disclaimers
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
For delivered client work, we warrant that the software will materially conform to the agreed specification for a defined period after acceptance, as set out in the engagement agreement. That warranty does not cover faults caused by third-party services, unauthorised modification, or use outside the agreed scope.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time without notice. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the signed agreement; work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Questions about this document can go to bhavubhoi806@gmail.com.
