Who we are
Bhavesh Works is a software studio based in Anand, Gujarat — India. For the purposes of data protection law we act as the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at bhavubhoi806@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and a small amount of technical information your browser sends automatically.
Information you provide
- Your name, email address and, optionally, your company name.
- The project type and budget range you select, if you choose to select them.
- The content of the message you write to us.
- Anything you subsequently send us by email, phone or messaging app.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, which is processed transiently by our hosting provider to deliver the page and to mitigate abuse.
- Basic request metadata such as the page requested, timestamp, referring page, and your browser and device type.
- Your stated theme preference, stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us.
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site profiling, fingerprinting, or third-party marketing pixels on this website.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and to discuss potential work.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and contracts if a project moves forward.
- To maintain records of our business correspondence.
- To keep the website secure, available and working correctly.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not use your information to build a marketing profile, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies, we rely on the following bases: your consent, when you voluntarily submit the contact form; the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one; our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business enquiries; and legal obligation, where retention is required by law.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our hosting and content delivery provider, which processes requests to serve this site.
- Our transactional email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to our inbox.
- Our accounting and contract tooling, if an engagement proceeds.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where we are compelled to disclose.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where such transfers occur, they are made under recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client correspondence and project records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 8 years afterwards, where required for tax and legal purposes.
- Server logs: typically 30 days, as retained by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email bhavubhoi806@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to a mailbox protected by strong authentication. Access to client project data is limited to the people working on that project. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described in the section they affect. Questions about this document can go to bhavubhoi806@gmail.com.
